FaceTite In Miami, FL

Refined Definition, Minimal Incisions

Introduction to FaceTite

Loose skin along the jawline, early jowls, and a softening neck can make you look older or more tired than you feel. Many patients notice these changes long before they are ready for a facelift, and creams or surface treatments can’t tighten tissue that has started to sag.

At Miami Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Pat Pazmiño, MD, FACS, and our team offer FaceTite in Miami, FL, a minimally invasive treatment that tightens skin and refines facial contours from beneath the surface. It can sharpen your jawline and smooth your lower face with far less downtime than surgery.

FaceTite-intro

What Is FaceTite?

FaceTite is a minimally invasive skin-tightening and contouring treatment developed by InMode. It uses radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis (RFAL), which delivers controlled radiofrequency energy beneath the skin to melt small pockets of fat and contract the connective tissue that supports your skin.

During FaceTite, a slim cannula is placed under the skin through a tiny entry point, while a matching electrode glides over the surface. Energy flows between the two, heating the deeper tissue while the device monitors temperature to protect the skin. Over the following months, your body builds new collagen, so your skin continues to firm and lift.

Dr. Pazmiño performs every FaceTite treatment at our practice himself, using InMode’s FaceTite device. Treatment is done under local anesthesia, and he often adds regional nerve blocks for extra comfort. Many patients also choose Pro-Nox, a nitrous oxide you breathe yourself, so the experience feels calm, comfortable, and positive from start to finish.

FaceTite vs. Morpheus8: What Is the Difference?

FaceTite and Morpheus8 both use InMode radiofrequency energy, but they work at different depths and address different concerns. During your consultation, we will help you decide which treatment, or which combination, fits your goals.

Works beneath the skin through a tiny entry point; it contracts deeper tissue and can reduce small fat pockets, making it well suited for jowls, the jawline, and under the chin.

Who Are the Best Candidates for FaceTite?

You may be a good candidate for FaceTite if you:

  • Have mild to moderate skin laxity on your lower face, jawline, or neck
  • Notice early jowling or a softening jawline
  • Have small pockets of fat under your chin or along your jaw
  • Want visible tightening but aren’t ready for a facelift or neck lift
  • Are in good overall health and don’t smoke, or are willing to quit
  • Have realistic expectations about gradual, subtle-to-moderate results

If you have significant sagging or a lot of excess skin, a surgical facelift or neck lift may give you a better result. Dr. Pazmiño will be honest about which option will truly meet your goals.

What Are the Benefits of FaceTite?

FaceTite offers meaningful tightening without the incisions of a facelift. Key benefits include:

  • Firmer, tighter skin along the jawline, jowls, and neck
  • A more defined lower face and chin profile
  • Reduction of small, stubborn fat pockets under the chin and along the jaw
  • No large incisions; only tiny entry points that typically fade
  • Shorter downtime than surgical lifting procedures
  • Gradual, natural-looking improvement as new collagen forms

How to Begin Your FaceTite Journey

Your FaceTite journey begins with a private consultation at our Brickell office in Miami, FL. During your visit, we will:

  • Discuss the areas of your face and neck that bother you most
  • Evaluate your skin quality, laxity, and fat distribution
  • Explain whether FaceTite, a surgical lift, or a combination plan is right for you
  • Review how FaceTite works, what to expect, and your expected downtime
  • Answer your questions about comfort, results, and cost

Out-of-town patients can work with our team to coordinate travel and recovery plans.

What to Expect on the Day of Your FaceTite Treatment

FaceTite is typically performed in the office using local anesthesia, so you stay awake but comfortable. Each treatment area typically takes 10 to 25 minutes. Your FaceTite treatment generally follows these steps:

  • Marking: Dr. Pazmiño marks the treatment areas while you sit upright.
  • Numbing: We numb the treatment areas with local anesthetic so that you feel little discomfort.
  • Entry point: We create a tiny entry point, usually hidden under the chin or near the ear.
  • Radiofrequency treatment: The cannula and external electrode move together across each area, heating and contracting the tissue while temperature is monitored.
  • Recovery and garment: We apply a small dressing and place your compression chin strap before you head home.

Most patients go home the same day and rest for the remainder of the day.

Combining My FaceTite with Other Treatments

FaceTite pairs well with other treatments that address skin quality and volume. We will recommend only the combinations that make sense for your face.

Morpheus8 uses fractional radiofrequency microneedling to improve skin texture, pores, and fine lines. Combined with FaceTite, it refines the surface while FaceTite tightens the deeper layers.

FaceTite Recovery

Your Guide to Post-FaceTite Care

FaceTite recovery is much shorter than facelift recovery, though you should expect some swelling. A typical FaceTite recovery looks like this:

  • First few days: Swelling, tenderness, and mild bruising are common. Wear your compression chin strap as directed and sleep with your head elevated.
  • First week: Most swelling begins to settle, and most patients are back at work after 2 days.
  • Weeks 2 to 4: Remaining swelling and firmness continue to fade, and you can usually resume exercise with approval.
  • In the following months: Collagen remodeling continues, and your skin keeps tightening for up to several months.

You will wear your compression chin strap for 10 to 12 days. After the first week, you can take it off for 4 to 6 hours at a time for dinner, a business meeting, or a video call, then put it back on.

How Much Does FaceTite Cost in Miami, FL?

The cost of FaceTite in Miami, FL, depends on how many areas you treat, the size of each area, and whether you combine FaceTite with Morpheus8 or other treatments. Your personalized plan will reflect your anatomy and goals.

After your consultation, we will provide a personalized quote. We also offer financing options, including CareCredit and Alphaeon Credit.
