What Is Alloclae™?
Alloclae™ is an injectable volumizing product from Tiger Aesthetics made from donated human fat tissue. The donor fat is screened and processed into a ready-to-use adipose matrix, then injected to restore or add volume to areas such as the buttocks and hips.
Because Alloclae™ doesn’t rely on your own fat, it can be a solution for slim patients or for those who want enhancement without a liposuction recovery. The matrix is designed to provide a framework your body can gradually integrate with its own tissue, helping the result look and feel natural.
Dr. Pazmiño is the only provider at our practice who performs Alloclae™. He uses it to treat contour irregularities in the buttocks, hips, hip dips, and abdomen, where these deformities appear most often. Alloclae™ creates a subtle change in volume, so it works best to smooth small dents and depressions rather than create a dramatic change in size.
Every treatment includes regional anesthesia, and nerve blocks can be added for extra comfort. Every injection is placed under ultrasound guidance, which lets Dr. Pazmiño see exactly where the product goes and place it with millimeter precision. In the buttocks and hips, Alloclae™ is always placed above the muscle, never into it, because that is the safest way to perform this treatment.
