At our practice, neck contouring is a minimally invasive surgical procedure, also known as chin lipo, neck liposuction, or submental liposuction. Dr. Pazmiño inserts a thin, hollow tube called a cannula through tiny incisions and uses gentle suction to remove fat from under the chin and along the upper neck. Our team uses VASER technology to help loosen the fat before removal.

Unlike a neck lift, neck contouring doesn’t remove skin or tighten muscle, although FaceTite tightens the skin from beneath. It works best when your main concern is fat, and your skin still has good elasticity, so that it can retract smoothly over your new contour.

We perform neck contouring in the office, combining several technologies in layers. Dr. Pazmiño first uses VASER to loosen the fat while protecting the nearby blood vessels and nerves.
